Welcome to the Terms and Conditions section of Lau Art Commissions, a digital illustration service. This document is a set of legal terms that establish the limits and conditions that govern the relationship between Lau Art Commissions clients and us. Please take a moment to read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Terms and Conditions of Lau Art Commissions

  • I use PayPal and Ko-Fi (USD).

  • The payment needs to be paid first.

  • Commissions are for personal use. If you are going to use it commercially, message me first

  • I will send wips of the project, and after it is aproved I will continue.

  • My Gmail: lauartteam@gmail.com

 

  • It may take me up to a month to finish the commission so please be patient.

  • You will receive the artwork with full size (PNG) when commission is completed.

  • Maybe I will upload commission artworks on my gallery. If you don't feel like it, please note it in your message.

  • Please note that the price list below may be subject to change depending on the details of your commission.

  • I have the right to turn down a request if I feel it’s not suited for my style or if I feel uncomfortable creating something.

REVISIONS

You are allowed up to 3 revisions.

 

  • This includes changes to the color, expression, or a small detail that needs to be added or altered.

  • Full rework like different character / outfit requires an extra payment but only if Currently working on your work.

 

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Deadlines will be discussed within the planning process with the client, this can range from up to 1 to +4 weeks depending on complexity and amount.

USE​

  • Specify the use of works beforehand. Merch, Vtuber use and stream purposes will be classified as commercial use.

  • Do not use for NFTs or AI

I have the right to use the commission for social media posts, commission examples, and work portfolios

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You must credit me if you decide to post the art anywhere.

All work i've done will be used for portfolio showings.

REFUNDS

Full refunds are available if I have not started working on it, or if it's in early sketch stages. After this stage it will not be refundable

COMMUNICATION

  • You can contact through twitter and discord.

  • Most of our interactions will be through discord for easy interactions without problems. @lauart

  • Most likely work will be shared onto my social media. Please tell me if you want your work to be private.
